URETHANE FLOOR, WALL & PLENUM FINISH

Spec-Stat® floor finish is an electrostatic dissipative water based polyurethane coating for direct application to concrete, tile and various other flooring surfaces.

Spec-Stat® may be applied using roller, brush, spray gun or flooding (using a squeegee).

Prior to application the floor surface must be clean and dry. If the floor surface is very smooth, the floor should be mechanically abraded to give a slight rough texture.

Spec-Stat® floor finish is recoatable. Clean and dry the surface before repainting.

After painting, clean up is with warm water and soap.

It is recommended that a test strip be applied to the floor, prior to painting a large area, to check adhesion.

It may be necessary to apply a primer to a porous floor prior to applying Spec-Stat®.
